PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH
At TLJN Consulting, we believe that the mind, body, and soul all need to work together to make real change. We help people learn new skills and also grow in how they show up—how they think, feel, and relate to others.
Our way of Coaching, teaching and facilitation mixes thinking with doing, and we believe in practicing often to build strong habits. We offer learning through group programs, one-on-one coaching, and small team sessions.
Our goal is to help people grow as adults and leaders in ways that feel true to them and fit their workplace.
