Our approach to coaching is one of supporting the leader and recognizing them as a whole person. We believe our clients have all the wisdom and knowledge necessary, and we provide support as they unlock it. Pulling heavily on our Resiliency informed certification, I support clients as they find their Agency to live authentically by learning to regulate their nervous system.

Coaching Services

Lisa brings a grounded, mind/body approach to coaching by leveraging techniques of the Community Resiliency Model to support her clients as they find their Agency, in the systems they are part of.  Her approach allows Lisa to build a container of trust, allowing her to fully challenge, support and partner with her clients to allow them to grow and be their best self. 

Her commitment to her coaching clients to support their journey of continuous growth, so leaders can explore complex situations differently, and grow their Emotional Intelligence.

Coaching engagements are packages in 10 session increments. , 

The client-coach relationship is voluntary, and client driven, and the purpose is to:

1. Support you, the client, as you discover new ways to see your experiences, behaviors, and thoughts and tap into your inner wisdom.

2. Support you, the client, grow your resilience and self-awareness and apply your new insights and techniques in your day-to-day life.

3. Support you, the client, find your strength and agency to declare your professional and personal goals and intentions.

Our breakthrough, research-based tools strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quiet the part that sabotages you. You handle life’s challenges with a more positive mindset, and less stress.
